A 240mm front disc brake comes as an option. The more affordable variant of the Passion Pro gets 130mm drum brakes at both ends. The Passion Pro uses a diamond frame with increased suspension travel at both ends. The 110cc motor of the Hero Passion Pro pumps out 9.1PS and 9.79Nm.

The Xtec gets a fully digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity that provides incoming and missed call alerts, message alerts, service reminder, real time mileage indicator and low fuel indicator. Hero’s trademarked engine idle start-stop technology, i3S, is standard on the Passion Pro. The standard variant semi-digital information console gets a real-time mileage indicator. The Hero Passion Pro gets a halogen bulb headlight, whereas the Xtec variant features a LED projector headlamp. While the Standard Drum variant is priced at Rs 73,452 and Standard Disc at Rs 76,477, the Xtec drum variant costs 76,352 and the Disc variant bears a price tag of Rs 79,977 (all prices ex-showroom Delhi). Hero Passion Pro is available in four variants. Hero Passion is a 110cc commuter from the bikemaker with a rather youthful styling and a bunch of interesting features.
